if you ordered it online, it should've given you an estimated date of delivery and sent you an email as soon as it is being actually shipped so you can track your order with UPS. due to it being high supply and demand, they are doing their best to send out all the orders to everyone who ordered it once pre-order went up. some places will have in-store stock but you'd have to take your chances to go in person as early as you can and grab one if it's available. however, due to how many people have pre-ordered it, a lot of people's orders got pushed into november delivery dates and everyone's delivery date will vary depending on when they pre-ordered the phone. i pre-ordered mine several days before the "day the iphone 13's were supposed to be released in store" so my delivery date was estimated to be between oct 21st to oct 30th at the time. mine is finally out in it's shipment route and the estimated delivery date is oct 25th for me but could be a little earlier as it's been pretty quick after it finally left korea
