Products difference in South Korea

I’m american, with American apple ID, american credit card etc but I live in South Korea for my job. I bought an apple watch here and was so frustrated because the ECG didn’t work, I fouout later because it’s blocked on all apple watched they sell in korea (even when I went to the states it didn’t work). Now I bought an iPhone and there is this clicking sound when I take pics, also only in Korea. Now I’m wondering, what else is different if you it here? Like, if I buy the new MacBook Pro, what will be the difference? In the apple store they didn’t know anything - is pretty bad business not to tell this things before we buy the stuff. Please give me some information about the difference’s.

thanks!

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

Each country at least on computer laptop side, the keyboards may vary in design to handle accents and foreign characters. The power thankfully has been universally supported with an international adapter from Apple since at least 2010.

I found this interesting article which may be relevant to South Korea's ECG:

You might want to contact the company that is in the U.S. to inquire why would it be different in South Korea since they have expertise in both countries.
