Didn’t get my refund back on my card

I started a free trial for a week and didn’t intend to buy a year subscription for $89.00 and I requested a refund but It’s saying i never received my money back. I used my Apple Card???? Help this happened on the 19th of October and it’s been to days where it said I have been “refunded”.
