Stop Calling People Back

OMG I just want to check my lock screen notifications not act on them. Stop automatically calling people back! So annoying having to explain why you attempted to phone someone when you didn’t want to reply you only wanted to ascertain why they called. Why is this so difficult? Fix it already! It is literally my biggest issue with iPhone.
