I have posted her https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253276729?login=true re this and as it seems to be a software issue with the iPhone xr and 11 - wondered if there are any ideas on how to get it all to work? Wishing I could downgrade though.

Just to add, there is an internet connection to the Ring Doorbell app as I can see cameras from different locations, but no longer receive any notifications of any alerts there. This happens on 2 different iPhones running iOS 15 but not on the one running iOS13 (a mate's phone). Ring.com say iy is an Apple iOS issue.
All notifications settings are as they should be on both the iPhones and Ring doorbell apps.

I've turned off everything that filters notifications, i think, but somehow the notifications don't work. There might be a setting hidden somewhere i've missed but I have been through everything I can think of. Tx
After the 7th reinstall of the ring.com doorbell app, it suddenly started to work. I did nothing different to before. I am glad but wonder what was different this time…?
What is "Ringbell"?
Have you contacted the app developer to report the problem?
No problem with my Ring devices.
Check your focus settings.
