iTunes App Keeps Requesting Password
I recently migrated from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 13 Pro and ever since I've had a problem making music purchases via the iTunes Store app on the phone. When I purchase a song, it asks for the face ID authorization, which works, then it asks me to provide my Apple ID password. I am logged into my Apple account, so why does iTunes keep asking me to type in my password. Once I do that, the purchase goes through just fine.
One thread suggested that I logout and then log back in, but when I attempt to do that it warns me that all of my iCloud content will be deleted. I don't want to risk that.
Any thoughts?
