Sync Via iCloud:
On the iPhone, enable Photos in iCloud Settings. Being synced, Photos will be accessible in iCloud.
On the iPhone:
- Click: Settings
- Tap: your Name (top item)
- Tap: iCloud
- Tap: Photos (so that it is green)
Then..
On the Computer:
Check iCloud: See if you can access particular items, through iCloud, directly. Go Here: https://www.icloud.com/photos
