Apple Music Purchased Ringtones Not Showing on iPhone

How do I get my purchased ringtones to show up on my iPhone?

It is not showing up in my downloads

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11

Thank you for the response. However, those steps was already done prior to seeking support. The purchased ringtones are not showing are all, but received invoice they was purchased.
