I'm going to purchase Macbook Pro 13.3” 2020 (Intel Core i5, 16GB, 1TB SSD) for our company.
But I wonder if it can install Mac OS 12 (Monterey) or not?
And other option is "Macbook Pro 13” 2020 Touch Bar M1 – RAM 16GB SSD 256GB"
Could both of them install MacOS 12 (Monterey)?

In the final part "* Coming later this fall.", item 12: Available on Mac computers with the Apple M1 chip and Mac computers with an Intel processor and at least 16GB RAM and 4GB VRAM. Processing time will vary based on object complexity and other factors.
It required Intel Processor at least 16GB RAM and 4GB VRAM. I'm not sure about 4GB VRAM of above 2 Mac?

Yes, both Macs will support Monterey macOS Monterey - Apple
In the website I posted, in the compatibility section, you’ll see the minimum required Macs to run Monterey.
The one you posted, that final part is like an index for the numbers 1,2,3,etc. that you find throughout the entire article in some specific features. Those features are the ones that are going to work only on Macs that meet those specs, but in general all MBP’s 2015 and later will run Monterey.
