Logic 10.7 where to find Dolby Atmos plugin?

I was giving the new update a go and it seems that:

a. Once you remove the Dolby Atmos plugin from the Master channel strip, you can't get it back (for that project). I can't find the plugin anywhere, however it is enabled in Plugin Manager.

b. There is no longer any easy way to make an entire project mono output. I make chiptune every now and then, so that is why I would need mono. With this new update you cannot apply Direction Mixer to Stereo Out or Master which is very annoying.

Of course, this may just be because I am being a goose and stuffed up a setting somewhere...

Has anyone else noticed this?
