can we talk and recieve calls in both nano sim and e sim in iphone ?

i just wanted a dual sim phone , in which ,, if i am talking to someone from sim no 1 and someone calls me from sim no 2 i can see it , so is the dual iphone system (nano sim and e-sim ) same as i mentioned above ?
