Restoring my iPhone from the cloud to my iPhone over wifi has been running for days and has not completed. Is there a way I can transfer my iPhone backup from iCloud.com to my Mac. I could then restore my iPhone over the wire.

I don't know if using a computer gives you access to iCloud or not. I haven't done this and I can't check on my computer so I'll let you investigate.
