Adding new cellular plan issue
hello, I don’t see the add a new cellular plan in the cellular/mobile settings. iPhone 11 iOS 15.0.2

Please better specify your needs.
If you don't want to add a new phone number, there's no need to "add" a plan. Your carrier should be able to help you about that.
If you want to add a new plan with a new phone number, see this support article:--> Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support. Again, your carrier can give you further info.
If you mean something different, please explain.
