Hello tech support The iPhone I am using is Model X and I have the ios14.6 update Why doesn't the software update button appear in the settings?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you can't update over the Wi-Fi network because the option is missing on your iPhone X. We'll do our best to assist.
It's hard to say why this is happening, but we have a solution in order to help you accomplish the updates: If you need more space for an update on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Use section, 'Update using your computer' if you have one available.
That should allow you to use the computer to install the update.
