I am a nervous buyer. I have had issues with corded EarPods in the past by not fitting in my ear and want to take the leap and go for some AirPods Pro. If I were to buy AirPods Pro, and they didn’t fit in my ear, would I be able to exchange them or take them back to Apple? If not, what can I do about them not fitting in my ear?

At least in the US the 14 day policy allows you to return an Apple product for any reason.
I will say that I returned my AirPods Pro for that very reason; the tips would lose their seal within a minute or two and the buds would eventually fall out of my ears.

Usually Apple has a 14 day return period.
