How do I install an iWatch 7 when I currently have an iWatch 4 installed?
I am replacing my Series 4 iWatch with a new iWatch series 7 arriving today.

In concept you can have multiple Apple Watches all paired to the same iPhone, and switch between them as you feel like changing. Just go into the Watch app and add the new Apple Watch.
However, if you have the cellular version it might be a little more complicated, and you might need to check with your network whether you can switch your plan between watches or if they need to make changes at the network side to accept the new watch. (It varies, some networks let you hop the plan from watch to watch, others can only support one watch and it has to be configured manually).
