mail drop after the fact

I know how to use maildrop to send a large file and i know that an uploaded file is held in icloud for 30 days. What I want to know is can I get access to a file I uploaded in maildrop to add recipients for it, rather than uploading it again?

Hi mikalmmd,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with Mail Drop. As we understand, you want to add recipients to the email instead of up loading it again..

There isn't a way to access the file to do this.

If this is a large file that you anticipate needing to send to many different people over a long period of time, you may find it more useful to share a folder in iCloud Drive: Share folders with iCloud Drive.

Have a fantastic day!
