Add to Apple Wallet is missing

How old are you? If you are over 50 like me and have difficulty reading small print up close, you may have your phone set to Zoom mode. I had the same issue and finally figured out it was because my iPhone was set to Zoom mode. I set it back to Standard display and the "Add to Wallet" option appeared. On the iPhone to turn Zoom on and off go to Settings-> Display & Brightness -> then scroll down to "Display Zoom" and set to Standard.

Tap on the AA button at the left end of address bar, and set webpage zoom from 100% to 85%. It’ll show up.

i think you turned on display zoom in display setting.

I clicked on the email link to view my tickets and it opened up in the browser. I was unable to add it to Apple Wallet.

I opened the Ticketmaster App and could see the purchased tickets. I could see the Add to Apple Wallet button and managed to add them to wallet.

I had this problem and just found a solution that helped.

I was helping my Uncle add tickets (Ticketmaster was provider) on his Iphone 12 Mini.

The "add to wallet" button was missing or seemed to be.

I still have an Iphone 7 and could view the add to wallet button and add it to the wallet fine.

I happened to turn his phone to LANDSCAPE view and briefly noticed a button and I was able to scroll down to view it and add the tickets to his apple wallet.

It seems odd that you would have to do this and I could not scroll to find the button in Portrait view but hopefully TURNING THE PHONE FROM PORTRAIT TO LANDSCAPE VIEW will help some people until they solve this issue.
