my phone is bugging

my phone won’t let me use my data until i update it and it won’t let me update it because apparently i’m not connected to wifi when i am so idk what to do

You are connected to WiFi, it shows that in your screenshot.


First you need to update your carrier settings, then you can update your iOS version.


Do this first -

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Then you can do this -

Go to Settings > General > Software Update.


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -
