Can i recover my id using name and phone number? I can't access email id now. Is it possible to do this?

Hi. I forgot the password of my Gmail account and apple id account. Is it possible to recover iCloud/apple id using a phone number?

For the Gmail address password, go to the Gmail website and in the login area, see if there is a forgot password option.

You can't recover the password by using a phone number. For the Apple ID account, see if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
