AirDrop on but not Working

Bluetooth and AirDrop are On on both my MacBook Pro and iPhone 8 but AirDrop stopped working between them a few days ago. If I select a file on the Mac and Share it via AirDrop, nothing happens on the phone. It's the same in reverse.

I think AirDrop uses Bluetooth. With that assumption, if I copy text I can paste it between the two devices. Both my wireless mouse and keyboard are working.

Any ideas on how to get AirDrop working again?
