My Apple Cash has declined twice now that I have tried to use it even when I can see I have money on it
Why dose my Apple Cash decline when I try to use it when when I have $44 dollars on it and tried to buy something for $5?

make sure you are using the latest iOS update. The store where you are trying to use it must accept Apple Pay AND Discover card and your Apple Cash must not be locked or restricted.
