So much so that Apple now makes you clarify your problem, read a few articles, and be certain your issue can be dealt with at the Genius Bar, which is focused on Hardware issues. They do not want you to waste your time on issues that can solved through simpler methods.

Yes. They claimed to have fixed my MacBook Pro, put in a new battery and charged me $220. The computer is DEAD. I have been to the store 3 times, spoken to your technicians a zillion times - they say it is fixed but it is DEAD.
