Why is my new IP 13 suggesting I need 300 MB to complete transfer of data and apps?

Hi Thanks for replying. Not sure why I had to purchase additional space at .99 cent/mo but that resolved my issue. I’ve added my apps and it appears so far my data has come through. Thanks again!
