I have a new iPhone 13. I set it up using Quick Start to transfer apps, etc. from iPhone 8. All the apps that come with the iPhone are loaded. All my other apps appear on the iPhone 13 but they are frozen in the loading mode. Do I need to reset the phone and start all over or is there something else I can do?
