You seem to have an issue understand this is an Apple Forum about iPhone. Apple has NOTHING to do with Google or their store or Google Gift Cards.
ASK GOOGLE for help. Asking over and over here is pointless.

It will work fine on any android device and the Google play store.
You should probably inquire of Google, not Apple, on how to use your gift card.
You cannot use it with Apple.
It is not valid.
Please contact Google on how to use your gift card on play store, and you can not use your google play gift on Apple.
