iPhone X can't get my SIM tray all the way in (3mm)

Hi, my name is Robert. I have an iPhone Xs and the SIM tray is not closing properly. I repair phones for a living and nothing obstructs the SIM tray. The pushable mechanism is working properly and I can't seem to close it to the very bottom.

Can I send the phone somewhere? I am clueless on this one. Thank you!
