Disable lock key on Magic Keyboard

Hello apple expert, There is a lock key located on Apples Magic Keyboard (on top, extreme right, next to F12 key and above the delete key). I have pasted the image below.

Are you able to help us find a way to disable this key without physically damaging it? You cld add an option to disable this on System preferences, keyboard, modifier keys.
