Camera volume is low
Every time I use my camera to record the volume is extremely low only on my camera if I use Instagram or Snapchat or Facebook the video is perfect OK but in my camera every time I record the volume is low

We understand the microphones are not clearly capturing the audio in videos. We're happy to offer some guidance.
Does this occur with videos taken on both the front and rear camera, or just with one of the cameras?
If the issue is just with one camera, it's a good idea to check that nothing is blocking the associated microphone. The microphone used for the rear camera is a small hole located near the camera lenses. You'll want to make sure nothing is blocking that. The microphone used for the front camera is located in the same spot as the receiver speaker cutout in the glass on the front. You'll want to make sure nothing is blocking that.
