Downloading applications

How do I download an application from the iOS store with my iPhone 6, when most apps are giving this message “update your iOS to 13 and later” and this version is not available for iPhone 6.

That limit cannot be bypassed, sorry, except by buying a new(er) iPhone model which can support more recent iOS versions.
