I have an iPhone 8 and just got a 13. I have plenty of storage available (100GB) but cannot transfer my data from phone to phone and I have tried to backup to iCloud but when I go to restore from iCloud backup it says none available. What do I do?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble locating your iCloud backup to restore it to your new iPhone, correct? If so, we would love to help see if we can get the issue resolved for you. If the backup was successfully completed on the old device, you should be able to locate it with your new device as long as you sign in with the same Apple ID and password.
