My App Store won’t let me update an app. It will tell me that my Apple ID or password is incorrect so I changed it and it’s still saying the same thing. It’s also giving me the message “sign into iTunes Store or if you have an Apple ID sign in here” followed by a place to put your password but no place to sign into or enter my Apple ID

Try signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restart, and then sign back in. Check the updates to see if the apps requiring an update are in your Purchases History. If they aren't in your Purchases History, you can delete the app, and download it using your Apple ID if desired. If the apps are in your Purchases History, contact iTunes Support.
