Not able to sign in at App Store

When you see "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store", are you able to tap Review?

If not, let's use the steps in the following article to review account info, and update it if necessary:Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods

If the pop up persists, try downloading a free app from the App Store to see if that works.

You may need to accept the Terms & Conditions. Try logging into your Apple ID here: Manage your Apple ID Then go to the billing section and confirm all details.
