Replacement of new iPhone
I have just taken delivery of my new iPhone 13 only to find out that it is smaller than my old iPhone 6S.
I will like to change it to iPhone 13 pro which is same size as iPhone 6S. How can I do that?

All the 13's are larger than a 6S or did you mean 6Splus?
If you bought it from Apple you have 14 days to reject it and re-order. (not in India)
You can't just exchange it.
