I am trying to connect my new I watch 40 MM to my phone. And he keeps asking me for my password Apple ID which I changed and he keeps saying it’s wrong. And it also asking me for my iCloud password which I forgot

iCloud uses your Apple ID and password. If you only have one Apple ID, it would be the same ID and password as you used to log into this forum. If you have another and have forgotten the password, see the following: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

Online Activation Lock Removal Tool.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
