It, and all such messages are scams presented by criminals. Close the offending page and do not interact with the message or the sender.
Never, never, never download anything based on a popup message.

I got a message to install V Turbo, which I did, but have since deleted the app.

Thank you so much, I have checked the call, data, sms etc forwarding is all disabled, so it looks like I am good to go. So relieved. Now I can relax. Have yourself a good day/afternoon. My phone is working fine otherwise, no pop ups etc.
