Why is it not possible to bill paypal when nothing has changed? I am receiving email stating I will loss my storage I’ve been automatically billed each month. I don’t understand what has changed.

Why is it not possible to bill paypal when nothing has changed? I am receiving email stating I will loss my storage I’ve been automatically billed each month. I don’t understand what has changed.

This is the email I am addressing…

 Dear Angela S., On 10/23/2021, we attempted to charge you for iCloud+ with 200 GB GB of storage, but there is a problem with your payment information.Your account will be downgraded to the free 5 GB storage plan if we cannot successfully renew your subscription.Follow the instructions below to update your billing information: 

1.Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

2.Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.

3.Tap Manage Payments (if you’re using an older version of iOS, tap Payment Information) and follow the prompts.

You can also update your billing information on a Mac or PC. The iCloud Team


Maybe you should try again? It has been billed for a long time now automatically.
