No bass on beats flex
Just bought beats flex earbuds. The music is tinny and there is no bass

If we understand your post correctly, your Beats Flex don't have any bass and volume is low. We're here to help!
To start, we'd recommend making sure the firmware is up to date. Update the firmware of your Beats product
You can also try resetting the headphones to see if that makes any changes to the audio quality.
