True depth camera disabled

Anyway to fix this without sending in my phone

If the issue is software related it should be fixed after you update. If not, you may be able to schedule an in-person repair. Keep in mind not all issues can be fixed in-store so, ultimately, they may need to mail it in. If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
