how can I clear my £0.08 balance so that I can change my country ?

I have a £0.08 balance on my iTunes account and I want to change my country ,but I can't do that til I clear my balance !! I want to know what should I do so that I can change my country or how to clear my balance scince there are nothing in the stores that worth £0.08 ?

By the way, I don't want to open a new account because I don't want to lose all the apps and games I bought !!

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
