can i use wireless charger? because my phone is showing wet alert message when i put cable inside for charge?

Did the charging port come in contact with liquid? I ask because that is how you get the water damage alert message. Yes, you can charge your iPhone wirelessly, however, I would advise you to wait this thing out. Let the iPhone dry before introducing any external power to it. Once you believe that the iPhone has been given a sufficient period to dry (what is a sufficient period? Don't know because I don't know how much liquid entered the port and for how long), then try the cable first and then try the wireless charger.
