SSID (Service Set Identifier) is normally associated with the name of your Wi-Fi Network. Is this what you are looking for? We wouldn't know what your Wi-Fi Network's SSID is, however, you can search for it on your iPhone by opening Settings ➔ General ➔ Wi-Fi.

Now, if you are looking for your iPhone's IMEI, EID or information as such then you can find that by opening Settings ➔ General ➔ About: Here, you may scroll through and find what you may be looking for.
