My iPhone was on restore and my picture got deleted how do I get the back?

if you use icloud photos they should be in www.icloud.com

if not you need to restore a backup from before they were deleted

or if you have imported them to a computer Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

then you can sync them back Sync your photos manually using the Finder - Apple Support

if you have not done any of those things then your photos are lost
