From which operating system version did you update?
Any change if you reset the printing system and re-add the printer? Check whether the operating system offers a suitable driver.

The HP support site for the HP DeskJet 2130 All-in-One Printer does not show software for anything higher than macOS 10.14 (and then only a reference to HP Easy Start).
If necessary, you could perhaps try the HP Easy Admin for Mac tool (which can be useful if there is a problem with HP Easy Start or HP Smart). This may or may not work in this case.

Alternatively, if nothing else works, what happens if you try drivers for a number of other HP Deskjet models, (such as the HP Deskjet 1010 series, driver version 2.3.2) listed in Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support? The package download from Apple (Post Date: Dec 11,2020) HP Printer Drivers v5.1 for macOS can be found at https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US . Software conflicts cannot be ruled out when testing printer drivers. Data may be lost. Make sure that you have backup copies of all important files (documents, photos, et cetera).
