ONLY if you already have a HUGE following such as Steve Levy of the New York Times, would Apple even consider sending you products to test.
In addition, in order to avoid the appearance of pay-to-play (free goods in exchange for a good review), review samples are ALWAYS returned at the end of a very brief review period.
