Walkie-Talkie App Missing.

The Walkie Talkie App is missing on my series 6 Apple Watch. I didn't even realize there was a walkie-talkie app until my son bought a watch and asked me about it. When I looked for the app it wasn't in the App list.

How do I get the walkie-talkie app?
