How do I remove suspicious apps that I did not purchase?

Family members find my password book and purchases 3rd party apps on my phone. How can I remove this app?

I do not work on my phone but appears there is a workplace app installed. Not sure if she is using a Apple Watch incognito.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

If this is an app purchased on your account, see how to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

You obviously need to not keep your passwords where others can find them. At least change your password to prevent access to your account. You may also wish to read these articles:

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - https://support.apple.com/HT204169 "This article provides country-specific Apple Support contact information for customers seeking help with their Apple ID password or other security-related issues." Better for directly reporting an issue.
