Family members find my password book and purchases 3rd party apps on my phone. How can I remove this app?
I do not work on my phone but appears there is a workplace app installed. Not sure if she is using a Apple Watch incognito.

You obviously need to not keep your passwords where others can find them. At least change your password to prevent access to your account. You may also wish to read these articles:

Hey sherryfromsc, you would need to request for the app to be refunded if it was purchased from the Apple Store. You can go to reportaproblem.apple.com to request the app that you want to refund. Check out this link if you need more details.
Oh well, enjoy looking for your solution on the subscriptions and billing site instead of just going directly to documents and sites dealing with asking for refunds. It appears that you also do not need to be concerned that others may know how to log in using your account information and possibly make more purchases.
