I don’t like the stack on my dock. Don’t like being forced into something I don’t want. Seems that the developers of Apple software want us to do things we don’t want. Why???? I just want to have my dock the way I want it. Simple.

We understand you want to remove the App Library from your iPad Pro Dock. We'd be happy to provide information on how to do this.
On your iPad Pro, go to Settings > Home Screen & Dock and turn off "Show App Library in Dock". Once you return to your Home Screen, you'll see it no longer appears.

Assuming that you refer to the App Library icon that appears at the extreme right of the Dock, it can be easily disabled:
Settings > Home Screen & Dock > Show App Library in Dock - set to OFF
