when I try to download something from App Store it says I have been disabled, I don’t know what does that mean.

Could the warning suggest a Disabled Account? If so, see this link...

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


If the phone is disabled, You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…

If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
