If you are referring to a 27" iMac then maybe. 27" iMacs have been made for well over 10 years so you need to be specific. If you decide to move forward with the RAM upgrade ONLY purchase from macsales.com or crucial.com. Why, because iMacs are VERY sensitive to using quality RAM and both vendors provide quality RAM at reasonable prices, have a lifetime warranty, support their products and well the RAM works!
NEVER EVER buy from a reseller such as E-Bay, Amazon, etc...

FWIW, Amazon sells both OWC & Crucial RAM kits.
What year is your Mac? What is its screen size? Why do you want to upgrade the RAM?

I know however there are also counterfeits of both sold be Amazon so that is why I recommend users buy direct.

The only Apple product I ever bought from them had warranty issues. I'm an Amazon customer (about 100 orders so far year to date) but I stay away from Apple products.
